Welcome to Seven Lakes Real Estate, LLC serving the Land of Lakes and Mountains in the Center of New England!
Seven Lakes Real Estate is a place where we love to make all our customers and clients feel as much part of our family as we can. We feel it is what makes our Company so great and successful. Ted started his Real Estate career here in New Hampshire by selling lots and R.V. homes in an Ownership campground in Rochester NH in the late 1980's. He ended up liking it so much he went for his Real Estate license in 1999 and went to work for Coldwell Banker in Rochester. After having many sales in the Wakefield area Ted decided that Wakefield was the place to be! In 2004 He ended up opening his own Real Estate Company w/ his partner Tobi. Ted loves working with the low income home buyers and with the Rural Housing Loan Program which he has extensive knowledge in- he feels strongly on the Motto: Why Rent When You can Own!!!
Ted resides in Farmington NH with his wife Sue of 40 years. They have 2 childred, Meredith and Eric and 3 Grandchildren.

Tobi started her love for real estate puchasing her first piece of property at the age of 19. After buying and selling as a hobby for years, at the age of 35 she became a Broker in both states New Hampshire and Maine and became 1/2 Owner of Seven Lakes Real Estate. She knows what it takes to make money and would love the opportunity to share her experiences and knowledge with you, whether buying or selling. Finding that perfect piece of real estate for her clients is what she loves to do.
Tobi married her high school sweetheart Marc Laurion, who also is a licensed real estate agent for Seven Lakes. She is a proud mom of active 9 year old Twins Abigail and Blaise, who keep her very busy with their sports and outdoor activities. When Tobi is not working her Real Estate Business, she loves to cook and entertain for her family and friends. Snowmobiling is one of her favorite winter activities and enjoys her yearly trip to Montana with the Seven Lakes Snow Machine Club. In the summer time, fishing and boating are on the top of her list for things to do. When relaxing indoors, all New England sports take precedence over any other show on T.V. A true New England sports Fan! Traveling is one of here passions and she travels every chance she gets.
Tobi resides on 535 Acre Lovell Lake in down town Wakefield and knows what it's like wanting and finding that perfect waterfront home. She is willing to share that experience with others.

Marcus was born in Rochester NH and has a great love for the Outdoors. He started his real estate portfolio at the age of 21 purchasing his first piece of raw land. He has a successful firewood business , which he had started in 1984, turning his love for the business into a land investor. He enjoys walking any size piece of land and when on the hunt for property, Marcus would be a wise choice to be your agent. He has the love, passion and the experience to buy or sell a small or large parcel.
Marcus also the husband of Broker Tobi Laurion. He is a proud parent of their twins Abigail and Blaise. In Marcus's free time he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends on the Lake. He enjoys fishing,boating or just taking the Jet Ski out for a ride. He is the real outdoors man. One of Marcus's love is reading up on new forestry teckniques and equipment. It is important for him to stay current in a changing industry. His most relaxing times are cooking out on the grill and enjoying a night out by the campfire.
Marcus resides on Lovell Lake, where he has the access to do all those fun outdoor activities in summer and in winter. He loves living on the water, as it was always a childhood dream of his. He looks forward to helping you make your childhood dreams come true as well.

Ceily was born in Boston and attended Girls Latin in Dorchester and then graduated from Mt. St. Joseph Acadamy in Brighton, Ma. After graduation she attended Boston City Hospital School of Medical Technology. She worked as a Chemistry/Toxicology technician at BCH for 28 years. In 1982-84 she attended NH College and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Services. From 1985-89 she attended University of Mass in Boston and graduated with a Masters of Education in Counseling/Psychology. In 1996 she took an early retirement from the labs of BCH and worked part time as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain. In 1990 she met Joe Arnone and moved to Malden Ma. She married Joe in 1993 who had 4 children, Ceily had one daughter named Suzanne (Suzie) Bridget Flaherty, who passed away in 1981 at the age 6 from Leukemia. In 1998 Joe retired from the dry wall trade and they decided to move to New Hampshire. They found Wakefield online, drove up to Wakefield and fell in love with the area and bought a waterfront home on Beautiful Belleau Lake w/ their Chocolate Labs. Ceily tells everyone that " we bought our dogs a Lake"!
Presently, besides selling Real Estate, she is a Hospice Volunteer for Southern Carroll County VNA/Hospice where she co-facilitates grief groups and she is also a Reiki Practitioner. They have 4 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild all living in Massachusetts.
